The Story!
Welcome to Clemency! Weeeeell, what will be Clemency at the very least, you see, something happened! Oh no!! Yeees, though don鈥檛 worry, it may return in the future but for now, as the story goes, Ny鈥檕pe lost the cafe. There was a small clause that gave the original owner of the property one last chance to make a little extra gil. Regretfully, Ny鈥檕pe missed that little tidbit in her eagerness to expand upon her caf茅. A year-long journey hasn鈥檛 come to an end however, this is just another step along the way. Sure, she hopes it's for the better but that dreamy little place in Costa Del Sol is just out of her reach, yet again.Be that as it may, she has encountered a small blessing. Mulne Dene, offered the Miqo鈥檛e a chance to keep her dream alive! Who is Mulne Dene? Weeeell, he's a humble old Lalafell that resides around Moraby Docks. He also runs one of the taverns there where the down-on-her-luck Miqo came to roost. She was too heartbroken to head home and much to her surprise, hope, found a way to kind of brighten her day.It鈥檚 not perfect, heavens now, in fact, she鈥檚 got her work cut out for her, but at a glance, the run-down pub might just be worth saving. How? Hard work!What you see upon entering is nothing shy of a builder's dream, ooooor a nightmare depending upon the point of view. Truly, its a wreck regardless and it鈥檚 in need of a little tender loving care to bring it out of despair!
The Scene!
Welcome, to Clemency!We're locate just outside the small port Doraby Dockyard. That's right, we're a put by the sea but don't let that discourage you, landlubber! We're comfortable (SFW) and cozy place for everyone to come and relax. You can wheel and deal here by the by. We encourage it!Now, we are, by the bay so, Pirates are a thing. Keep a weather eye on the horizon as we embark upon this adventure. Make friends, make enemies, but please, please don't make a mess. We'll make ya clean it up!With that being said, come on in! We've got a limited stock but we make due.(We're not going to charge for anything but tips are appreciated! Maybe one day we'll have a bigger house and a larger tavern but until then, enjoy what we have to offer and the RP!)

Clemency was established on May 23, 2022, and has grown with the love and compassion of its staff and patrons. Whether their doors are opened or close, Clemency is always open to whoever needs a place to relax from the arduous hours of the day.In the beginning, it was created to share something with the roleplaying community. Upon opening for the first time, unprepared and unawares the community came to greet Ny鈥檕pe with open arms and warm smiles. It was a heartfelt day as patrons entered and offered advice and details to help the small, apartment-sized cafe grow into what it is today.
With such kindness and a friendly welcome, the frail goal has flourished. Even now Ny鈥檕pe strives to pay it forward whenever Clemency opens. She and her staff welcome everyone, whether they鈥檙e new to roleplay, experienced, or there to relax and let time slip by. It is, and it shall always be a sanctuary for all to enjoy. It has since been a year since the cafe opened. Memories over the course of that year have been remarkable. None of them will ever be forgotten.Clemency, wouldn鈥檛 be what it is today without the support of such wonderful people. I, Ny鈥檕pe, thank you all and humbly welcome you to one girl's dream. From one adventurer to another, may your dreams and aspirations come to fruition.
Meet Ny'ope, the warm and welcoming personality of Clemency. Though she's the owner, she's all smiles and vibrant energy. Ny, also helps her beloved at the Escape on Tuesday nights. There, she's often playing a tune when it's slower or helps out when the Escape is busy.
This is Lialle Iselin, proprietor of The Escape, a cozy cafe and bathhouse in Shirogane. Lialle is kind-hearted, sweet, and welcoming, whether helping her beloved fiancee Ny'ope at Clemency or opening The Escape. Together, they eagerly welcome the new and old to their venues.
